Introduction:
W-100 is an acid mist suppressant, especially used in copper electrodeposition.
It could reduce electro winning tank mist significantly with a low foam level.
Specifications:
Item Specification
Appearance Amber liquid
Composition 45%-55% Chemical Solid, 45%-55% Water
Viscosity 100CP
Relative Density 1.2g/m3
Properties & Advantages:
Flash Point: Non-flammable;
Solubility: Water-soluble, weak acidity;
Environmental impact: environmental protection non-toxic, biodegradable;
Is a special compound of organic fluorine, with special excellent performance of organic fluorine compounds;
It is a kind of special surfactant, which is specially used for eliminating acid mist in electrolysis system;
In the environment of strong acid, inorgic salt, still maintain abnormally excellent performance, and ordinary acid mist suppressant will be poor effect;
No foam layer is formed on the surface of the electrolyte
There is no effect on the whole process of electrolyte metal and no effect on the quality of battery products.
Usage Introduction
W-100 is soluble in water. W-100 should be evenly distributed in the whole electrolyte, and the typical dosage is 10-30ppm. Once the initial concentration is reached, add consumption inhibitors as appropriate each week, W-100 and Acid Mist Suppression Effect Map as follow:
Applications:
During electro deposition of copper metal in tank house, oxygen bubble rising up from electrolyte solution burst out to be acid aerosol. When add W-100 in solution, it changes the bubble burst kinectics, significantly reducing the amount of acid mist expelled in to the air.
W-100 could be added directly into tank house. The using range is 10ppm-20ppm active solid.
We could analyze W-100 concentration in electrolyte solution through titration.
Product Handling:
The preferred disposal method, of unused material, is to incinerate in a indusrial or commercial facility. Combustion products will include HF. Facility must be capable of handling halogenated materials.
